The purchase price of the original item, less any filing fees, taxes or other third-party costs, will be credited to my The Dispensary Experts account. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order or, if a replacement order is not completed within 30 days of purchase, the full original purchase price (in each case less any filing fees, taxes or other third-party costs) will be credited to my original form of payment.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION
Please read this carefully. It affects your rights.
Summary:

Most customer concerns can be resolved quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction by emailing our Customer Care Center on the Contact Page. In the unlikely event that The Dispensary Experts Customer Care Center is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction (or if The Dispensary Experts has not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after attempting to do so informally), we each agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration or in small claims court rather than in a court of general jurisdiction. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, allows for more limited discovery than a court does, and is subject to very limited review by courts. Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. For any non-frivolous claim, The Dispensary Experts will pay no costs of the arbitration. Moreover, in arbitration you may recover attorney’s fees from The Dispensary Experts to the same extent or more as you would in court.

Default. If my credit card is declined, I agree that The Dispensary Experts may make up to five (5) attempts to bill that card over a thirty (30) day period. If I remain in default on the second payment when the third payment is due, I authorize The Dispensary Experts to charge both the second and third payment amounts to my credit card. If three attempts to charge my card are unsuccessful and my account balance remains unpaid, I understand that The Dispensary Experts may report information about my account to credit bureaus, and that late payments, missed payments, and other defaults may be reflected in my credit report. I understand that The Dispensary Experts may restrict my ability to purchase other The Dispensary Experts products if I am delinquent on any payment. I understand that The Dispensary Experts may make efforts to collect a delinquent payment. I understand that if I believe The Dispensary Experts has reported inaccurate information to a consumer reporting agency, I may email the The Dispensary Experts Customer Care Center on the Contact Us Page and The Dispensary Experts will investigate the matter. I understand that The Dispensary Experts may accept late or partial payments, as well as payments that reflect “paid in full” or other restrictive endorsements, without limiting any of its rights under these Terms of Service.

Disputed Charges. I understand that if I dispute a charge to my credit card, I should call the The Dispensary Experts Customer Care Center immediately on the Contact Us Page and The Dispensary Experts will investigate the matter.

Account Information. I agree to notify The Dispensary Experts immediately of any changes to my credit card number, its expiration date, and/or my billing address, or if my credit card expires or is cancelled for any reason. I understand that if my failure to provide The Dispensary Experts with accurate, complete, and current information results in delinquent payments, The Dispensary Experts may restrict my ability to purchase other The Dispensary Experts products, report information about this delinquency to credit bureaus, and/or pursue further collection efforts.

Except as otherwise noted, filing and recording fees include all mandatory or applicable federal, state, county and local administrative fees and may also include publishing, name check, handling and The Dispensary Experts or third party processing fees.

The Dispensary Experts strives to provide customers with the most thorough and up-to-date search results through the best available technology and trained search specialists. Accordingly, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the accuracy and completeness of our searches is the best possible using our resources, including existing databases and personnel. For due diligence purposes, trademark customers should thoroughly examine the search report and review to ensure that they are satisfactory and accurate before making any decisions regarding their trademark(s).

The Dispensary Experts uses a variety of carriers for each shipping option and will choose a delivery method for the shipping option and address I designate. If I select Overnight Delivery or Two-Day Delivery, I agree that The Dispensary Experts may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get my items to me within the promised time frame. The shipping fee indicated does not necessarily represent the actual amount paid by The Dispensary Experts to the carrier chosen for the delivery of my order. It may include, in addition to the fees paid to the carrier, The Dispensary Experts or third party handling and processing fees.

The Dispensary Experts shall not be considered in breach of or default under these Terms of Service or any contract with you, and shall not be liable to you for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”). If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than sixty (60) days in the aggregate, The Dispensary Experts may immediately terminate these Terms of Service and shall have no liability to you for or as a result of any such termination.

By proceeding with my purchase, I agree to these Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

In addition to certain guarantees provided by law, The Dispensary Experts guarantees your satisfaction with our services and support if labor on your behalf has not commenced. Because our company was created by top business professionals, we strive to be the startup consultancy service on the web. Failure to read these terms prior to purchase, is the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be invoked retro-actively for a full refund once labor has commenced. If you are not satisfied with our services prior to starting your paperwork/research/vetting and all other types of labor, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future The Dispensary Experts orders.

The Dispensary Experts Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

1. If you’re not satisfied, before labor has begun, simply email your dedicated associate or send an email to info@thedispensaryexperts.com during our normal business hours. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 10 days of purchase and prior to the commencement of the paperwork process. We will process your request within 7 – 10 business days after we’ve received all of the documents and materials sent to you. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or credit any money charged by third parties for filing fees, taxes or other costs incurred in the preparation and filing of your documents.
2. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 10 days of purchase as long as the paperwork process has not begun. For instance, the government may reject an application for legal reasons beyond the scope of The Dispensary Experts service. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
